NEW MEMBERS were introduced and welcomed by President Joe Carter.

MINUTES from previous business meeting at Fall Rally 2015 were read by Secretary Charlene Carter and approved.
|
TREASURER Cheri Hartman presented financial report and it was approved. She announced the change in obtaining
name tags for new members. They will be made locally, double-sided, and cost $3.00. Make-overs will be $1.50
|

REGISTRATION: Now being handled by the coordinators. Mona Green will continue to be the Work Hours Coordinator
compiling data for the TN PRAISE Report for our national organization. For this rally it was reported 29 people
registered and 12 recreational vehicles housing members. Also, several members were staying in rooms on the campus.

Motion was made, seconded, and approved for the election of this group.

Serving as a national officer will be Gil Chard who was elected to be the Region 4 Coordinator. NEW BUSINESS:

-Cheri reported TNCOM has been given pull-up banners, one for each region, tri-fold brochures, and various items
to be used at mission fairs and conferences in recruiting members. These will be the responsibility of Lead
Coordinators, to be made available for members to use. Storage and maintaining a loan/return system will be worked
out by each Lead Coordinator. -Gene Haynes, incoming President, reminded members TNCOM has in our manual a
Liability Release Form we must use to protect the organization and individual members.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:
|
-Ray Hartman requested prayer for Chattanoga, TN, in light of the many recent shootings.
|
-East TN Coordinators reminded members to see the list of ten churches within 10-mile radius of TBCH for addresses
in choosing where you want to go Sunday morning.
|
